Berries are a type of item that can be held by Pokémon to be used in battle. There are a
multitude of different berries and I'm going to be going over all their locations and
what they are do. The types of berries are as following: "Stat Reduction" berries,
"Restoration" berries, "Status Condition Healing" berries, "Stat Enhancement" berries
and "Damage Negation" berries. Once you have at least 1 of a type of berry, you can use
Isle Aplenny in Poké Pelago, so gather berries from all over Alola to grow trees from
or trade Pokémon with friends who have their Pokémon holding a berry you need.
