Logbook Day 6
Due to slight time mismanagement, limited time today, more prep work required than initially calculated, and thorough reading of the behemoth that is IMP CORE Ethical Recruiting, I haven't managed to contact a single recruit today. Isn't to say I've gotten nothing done:

These shall provide my basis for continued recruitment tomorrow. Open for feedback.

Day 6 concluded.

Logbook Day 2
Attempted contact with 3 people all at the same time. Managed to keep up and got 1 recruit, others went of mid conversation and has yet to return. Dawned on me that my attempt at Odin's kin level 3 won't yield results at this pace, thus I break down my goal into subgoals with Odin's kin 1 being first step. Shall still attempt level 3 but require armament of more induction events on the subject.
Changed strategy to allow possible recruits to check out DamageInc for themselves before I push forward with TeamSpeak. Has yielded my third recruit but other conversations fall to stagnation.
First contact was promising, seemed interesting in checking out the community, has yet to respond to my inquiry about TeamSpeak.

Second contact was a new recruit. Recruit had utilized TeamSpeak 2-3 years prior and had little to no issues with picking it back up. Recruit was interested and I warmly welcome them to DamageInc.

Third contact was bad judgement. Contact was keeping doors open and was already scheduled for multiple trials with other teams, thus dedicating time for a community was a bad call. Target showed signs of poor understanding of the offer and showed little interest in the community. Has not responded with a decline or approval.

Conclusion:
Day 2 concludes with exhaustion and need to spend time on more direct interest. Learning a lot while recruiting but mental exhaustion is kicking in. I shall earn the sub-goal of Odin's Kin 1 and take time afterwards to gather strength and wisdom for the hunt of Odin's Kin 3.

Logbook Day 3
Recruitment pool drying up. Looking more closely on Reddit but I have little experience even using it. Experimented with difference between community link and referrer link, turns out referrer doesn't link automatically to sign up, but serves same purpose as community link with added referrer on sign up...
Contacted 3 possible new recruits. Continued conversation with a prior contacted possible new recruit. Sent a DM to newly recruited initiate to link TeamSpeak account with DamageInc account. Was contacted by Commander Maifu, informing me that one of my recruit had not linked TeamSpeak. Proceeded contact with Initiate to inquire about any state of assistance.

Possible recruit continued contact after being laying dormant. Inquired about the state of TeamSpeak prior to dormancy. Possible recruit stated negative on TeamSpeak, proceeded recommendations to try out and reasoning behind TeamSpeak. Possible recruit proceeded downloading TeamSpeak, sent them address, no continued conversation.

First new contact had prior knowledge of DamageInc, thus was not interested.
Note: Not inked out in order to protect user from other possible recruiters. Will proceed to do the same with other failed recruits that already been contacted before.

Second new contact; a fellow countryman. Proceeded contact with a salutation in native tongue, as recommended in Unseelie's Master Recruiter event. Subject had great interest in offer though little time on hand to converse. Will proceed contact the following day.

Third new contact was engaged in double contact with myself and another. Subject was interested but accepted trial for another team during conversation, thus declining. Subject stated that they'll be in touch if things go sideways thus I linked them the community to observe at their own leisure.

Conclusion:
Gather information on Reddit functionality. Change prior links to community with referrer link. Day 2 concluded.

Logbook Day 5
Day off for rest, became increasingly exhausted during recruitment process. Attending Commander @Silent's recruitment event it was clear why; spent excessive time on each recruit.
Prior approach was aimed at engagement; get the possible recruit engaged personally. This was done by sending an initial message about "seeing their post" and "are you still available", sometimes adding "I have an offer that may interest you", in order to get the recipient into active dialogue, thus building a relation.
After response from recipient, the offer would be presented, tailored for them although with general information aimed to get possible hits.
Following a positive response, any possible inquires would be answered and the referrer link would be shared for recipient to explore at own leisure.
Provided they enjoyed what they saw, TeamSpeak would followup with explaination(s) to why it's required. If conversation didn't end here the process of linking forum and TeamSpeak accounts would commence with me giving them instructions on how they may do it.
With new information, recruitment philosophy, and advice from Commander @Silent and Commander @Cripple, the conclusion was reached that the prior approach is inept for me. Key points raised was:
My time is more important than theirs, Get them on TeamSpeak as soon as possible. Utilize voice communication. Fishing. Passive recruitment now allowed, according to Commander @Cripple stating it coming from GreatJackal (not pinging him, he has more important manners.). Commander @Silent intimidatingly generous offer to secret dummy. New approach therefore aims at efficiency; give recipient the offer immediately and follow through on TeamSpeak.
Initial message will consist of offer upfront, listing benefits and requirements. Inquires or positive response will follow up on TeamSpeak, contacting Warden or Officer if needed to move them to private channel.
Specifics will be worked on once in practice
Given Commander @Cripple's information is correct, passive recruitment shall be utilized. Commander @Silent's advice was to use general and open posts in order to hit as many people as possible, while keeping posts short since "people fucking hate reading" -Commander @Silent.
Already found templates to take inspiration for passive recruitment, need first confirm if Commander @Cripple is right.

Follow up of yesterday:
Contacted 6 possible recruits. Were an initial drought with only 2 contact that flooded late at evening providing 4 more.
First possible recruit: Active.
Streamed; thus giving fast responses while playing. Wanted to find team and learn. Declined with stated reason of possibly violating the Code of Ops.

Second possible recruit: Inactive.
Due to drought of my sources, proceeded to go extra into Reddit. Contact was the full offer with the discord ID to talk on Discord. As of this post; no contact.

Third possible recruit: Active.
Looked for team that competes in tournaments, citing Open Division and Git Gud. Emphizised ambition in our teams and the Valhalla League. Possible recruit inquired about team averages and hasn't responded to my response.

Fourth possible recruit: Active.
Looking for a team: Declined. Reason: Not for them.

Fifth possible recruit: Active.
Was interested and saw the dedication of the community. Wanting focus on the game and team, they expressed uncertainty Whether this was for them or not, citing inability to check forums everyday as a reason. Proceded with attempt to satisfy their worries; no response.

Sixth possible recruit: Active.
Short and direct; did not have any interest.

Day 4 & 5 concluded.

Failed IMP at 69 points, couldn't have worked out better

Pool had dried out until a bunch of possible recruits came up later in the day. Currently in the middle of multiple direct messages thus would make more sense for me to cover tomorrow. Shan't let these ones slip through my palms

Please do not split XXV!
It is not ethically justifiable or defendable to forcefully split long time members from their division and house if they do not desire such an outcome.
For this reason, I implore you to give serious consideration to the fact that there are members in Team B who have been part of this division for a very, very long time, with some never having been part of any other division or house before. It is important that you respect their wishes if you do not wish to breed ill-will between the leadership of XXV and its remaining and former members.
Many of us feel a strong sense of attachment to this division and house, and I, for one, would rather leave DI outright than to be part of another house.

Suggestion: Have a bot account i.e. Odin or a specific community member create the morning tea event so that we can follow that forum account and get notified when Morning tea is posted to the calendar.

Normal people: I'll go attend events to get off my probation.
