Awarded Black Cross for legendary commitment and service to Damage Inc as an innovator, leader and guardian. Falx began his journey with Damage Inc in February 2017 with 5th Division and began making an impact straight away. He served as a Team Leader in 5th Division and later on was appointed Commander of 1st Division, a division struggling at the time. Falx wasted no time in completely turning everything around in a record time, introducing policies that encourage harmonious gameplay and stability that are still in effect today. After his tenure in command, Falx led Branding & Design team in HQ to completely the largest project of its kind in DI to completely rebrand every aspect of DI’s web presence – from the website, the social media platforms, logos, emblems and other branding materials of the clan and its divisions which significantly enhanced DI’s professionalism to the outside world. After his time in HQ and Division Command, Falx was appointed to the prestigious post of Legion Commander – Trident where he inherited two dying divisions which had been abandoned by their officers. In an incredibly short amount of time he applied his signature firm but fair leadership style to turn the fate of these divisions around to an incredibly strong position they are at today. It is without a doubt that Falx’s impact throughout DI – both in command in HQ has been absolutely priceless and will forever be remembered as one of the most distinguished leaders this clan has ever had the privilege of having.
