I've watched Howl's moving castle well over 10 times, definitely a must for those who enjoy any ghibli movies

Hot Fuzz for sure.  Also, if anyone is into DnD at all, there is a group of folk called The Dead Gentleman, and made a film of a group of dudes and a chick who do a single DnD campaign.  The film follows both them playing, as well as their characters moving through the campaign.  Extremely quotable, and the humor is really well done, and not a single cringe was had.

Edit:  Didn't even mention the DnD movie title:  The Gamers:  Dorkness Rising

Adam's Apples. 

Whenever I'm with a friend and we wanna watch a movie or more specifically a comedy, my go-to question is "Have you seen Adam's apples yet?". I can watch it over and over again because for me it's a comedic masterpiece.
